So starting to browse around for a new truck. So far liking the fact that the 4 door F150's have so much room in the back seat area though I've heard the new GMC's have a ton of room as well (anyone know?). Well question is, is it possible to get dual climate control and seat warmers in the XLT's or is it only Lariat and above? XLT's seem to be slightly cheaper in price but wife would need these features for a medical condition she has. Yes we live in Louisiana but she gets random freezing spells in her extremities so the heated seats help her and having dual climate helps me when she wants to pump the heat at her feet, I can still keep it cool on my side. TIA

Fairly sure you have to upgrade to the Lariat. I have the XLT and have not had one issue...great truck. Buy her a blanket and save $7500.

I just bought an xlt and got what I thought was every option avaiable. I do not think they have these options on the xlt.

Believe you need fx or lariat and above

They did start offering leather seats in the xlt for 14, but don't think they are heated

You married Elsa?!?!

But seriously, I have a 2012 4-door XLT and I don't believe the climate control options you're looking for are available. If they are, you'd probably have to special order them and you might as well get a Lariat for what that cost likely would be.

This is true. I was going to buy a certain truck at the dealership, but once I went to pull the trigger on it they had sold it. We sat down and they gave me a list of nearly identical trucks within 100 miles and had it there two days later.

I ordered mine from the factory

Couldn't find exactly what I wanted anywhere

Took 4 weeks to build and ship

I agree with this. I just recently bought a 13 lariat. I love it.

Get the XLT with cloth if that is what you want and get aftermarket leather with the built in heat

Get a GMC or Chevy, stay away from those over head cam engines.

Did you get $11k off sticker price like the dealerships are offering? Serious question.

I recommend the Lariat, not only does it have dual climate control and heated seats, it also has air conditioned seats.
