Cause she found the mask and also when he came home she said she was dreaming that she was have sex with other men and they were people all around having sex

Why would you think that? If his wife was at the party, that would imply that she would be away from home...away from her husband. It would also imply that she's probably done the party before.
How would she explain her absence to her husband? I guess she could lie about it, but it just doesn't add up.
He could explain his absence as having to work late. He was a doctor afterall, and he could simply tell her he was on call. In fact, in the movie I believe that he talks about having to sometimes visit clients in the evening.
For her to be at the party, it must've been an incredible coincidence especially considering that he found out about the party and attended it all on the same night.
What are the chances that she would be at the same party? She had no way of knowing that he would be there?
