Ideas for concert grand-prize winner

I originally posted this on the OT but...well...it's the OT...which means a lot of responses included but were not limited to "crack cocaine".
I'm hoping that maybe some of you will have some ideas.
My friends represent a band that is playing in NO this weekend. A while ago, they had run a contest in which the winner won a flight, hotel accommodations, VIP tickets, meet&greet...the whole nine yards. They also want to put together a couple of gift baskets for the winner...one will contain band merch and they want the other to be full of local products. What are some cool locally-made things that we could include?
They are staying on Poydras (the W maybe?)so any idea of WHERE to grab some things would be great too.

Hornets tickets are basically free. Can probably get some good ones for cheap to go in the basket

I should mention that they are flying the guy in from Oklahoma so it needs to be stuff he can bring home with him. He also has two young kids...a boy and a girl... so maybe something fun for them as well. I like where your head is, though.
