What kind of dog is this?

Can anyone tell me or give me their best guess of what kind of breed/mix this is? It's my friend's family's dog. We've been wondering for almost a decade now what the frick she is and no one we ask seems to know. Her name is Bobo.

Tail, coat, and face make me think of a beagle. It doesn't look like a huge dog, either. So, Bobo the Beagle Mix.

Pet smart has a kit that you can buy and you swab the dogs mouth and send it in to them. In 2-3 weeks they will send you a detailed family history.
Fwiw my family did the test even though we knew both dogs history and it came back correct. Both dogs were mixes also.
