Quite the logic.
If all 22% did vote, then apportioning the results would have meant that Romney would have received an additional 3.96% of the total vote more than Obama.
Obama won the election by 3.9%.

I truly believe you're missing the point. Its encouraging to know Americans have found the ability to recognize and disapprove of corruption, non transparency, lies, bad law and mediocrity.
At 59% there are those who voted his way who are now viewing that vote as a mistake and that's encouraging because we have no shortage of Obama like snake oil salesmen/women waiting for their turn.
