If the Pacers don't win this game, they are in big trouble. At home, against a struggling Heat, they have no excuses for coming out flat. That said, they have looked like crap lately and I think the Heat will win. When you're a 2 time defending champ, there's a legitimate reason for having an on/off switch. The Pacers don't have a reason for playing so poorly lately.

Pacers might pull it off. Heat defense may still give me the heebie jeebies on the road.

Get to finally see how the Oden addition will help the Heat against the Pacers.

I think the Pacers pull out a close one.

immediate ejection. This mean the Heat would probably win.

How does it make any bit of a difference when it comes to the playoffs, other than losing 1 game in the standings to the Heat?

Probably wouldn't get home court in a series that could very well go seven games.

They win this game, they are up 2 games with the tiebreaker.

They lose, they're tied in the loss column and likely won't win the tiebreaker.

It's one game in the standings, as you said. But it's a big game in the standings. Pacers have a very hard schedule down the stretch. This is a big game for them.
