Sub-Saharan Africa is pretty bad as well. At least NK os cold enough to limit the number of warm weather diseases seen in Africa.

North Korea only recently legalized woman's pants and they also legalized Pizza just a year ago and had to get official authorization from dear leader himself to build a pizzeria and they're calling it a "civil liberty". That's fricked up.
Anyplace that bans pizza is cruel and inhumane.

North Korea is certainly not the first nation with an oppressive totalitarian dictator, but it's the only place that I can recall where such an oppressed population is so docile. In other such places, there's constant domestic turmoil or at least a sense of discontent among the populace, and the dictator is always on the lookout for signs of a revolution being fomented. There have been a lot of deposed/executed dictators who wished they would have known North Korea's secret.
