This is a nice story about how more freedom is helping people out. Pretty short too.

I share the same views she does.

I am for states deciding drug laws, and am for people deciding for thsemlves if they want to use drugs, but personally am opposed to recreational marijuana use and still think the jury is out for medicinal reasons.

I also believe that there are negative consequences to marijuana legalization.

It's not all unicorns and rainbows but I do believe that states should be able to legalize it if they want to.

But there are also going to be positive consequences. I think the key is in figuring out whether the positive outweighs the negative; in my own opinion, it does.

I'm not a big fan of Pot Culture. I pretty much rejected it by age 15 after much stonage. To me, it's like Swinger Culture-it tends to be flaky and cheesy and loaded with losers posing as heroes. It may be a step forward for personal freedom, I have favored it's legalization since the 1980's when William F. Buckley persuaded me, and all my stoner friends shamed me, but let's not pretend it's some high expression of humanity. It's base and pedestrian, at best.

This is how I feel too.

I have never used marijuana before, but pretty much all my friends and teammates in college did, and after dealing with them throughout college I feel like I am above it.

It’s 9 a.m. on a weekday, and I’m at the Marisol Therapeutics pot shop. This is serious business. Security is tight. ID checks are frequent.

Those F*CKING RACIST!!! How dare they!

How are blacks going to get their weed? Didn't these potheads get the DNC memo stating that blacks were too stupid, lazy, and ignorant to be able to figure out how to get an I.D. card?

It's Weed Intimidation is what it is! These stoners are disenfranchising the black man from getting high.

HOLY F*CK!!! This has to be a violation of the ADA!

The legalization of marijuana is one of the biggest steps we could take toward demolishing pot culture, in my view.

Agree.

I suppose I opposed to recreational use of marijuana, because I don't smoke it. I just don't like the buzz, if you will. I don't find it enjoyable. I get more of a high from outdoor activities. But I also do not oppose other people using it for recreational use.

I've been a runner for half my life and yes, there is such a thing as a runners high. That high is a better feeling than pot. Pot just makes me lazy, hungry and paranoid.

I really believe pot helps people cope with cancer treatments and stress very well.

I have known people who were perpetual stoners, and known people who used daily, but led a normal life. To me, it's an individual liberty situation. Don't care if some people frick their lives up.

The problem I have is people whose lives REVOLVE around marijuana. Ultimately it's their choice, but the people who live to toke, who are stoned all the time are, in my view, pretty pathetic. I think it's a waste.

But there are people who can and do use responsibly, and like Roger said, it really boils down to individual liberty anyway.

Oh, please. I've been smoking(now vaping) pretty much every day for 20 years and I manage to hold down a job just fine.

Read that earlier from her twitter feed.

I still think a lot are missing the fact that it's still a federal crime, and anyone buying pot, can get nailed with felony charges if they attempt to purchase a firearm and mark the one question concerning pot use, no.

Hopefully federal law will catch up with state laws.

My roommates brother has Crohn's. It helps him to both deal with the pain and make him hungry enough that he doesn't completely waste away. He's like 120lbs as it is. If he didn't smoke, he'd be even thinner.

All unicorns and rainbows. The Mexican drug lobby and the bloods and crips union will never allow for legalization
