Katz and Rhymes were a stronger backbone than we gave them credit for. I hope Bregman and Ibarra sent them christmas cards for last season.

Alex Bregman is a Sophomore yet he has taken the reigns of this team along side Nola.
Does anyone realize how tough something like that is? He has been talked about since his outstanding 2013 and that pressure and build up is starting to show. It showed in Omaha, imo.
This happens. Katz had Rhymes. Dean had Schimpf. Theriot had Hill. Furniss had Koerner and Larson. Etc...
Give him time to bounce back. He will. And that is from watching him play. He is not getting hits but he is still hitting the ball.
4-29, .138 BA, 3 BB, RBI, R, 4 K
That is a slump fellas. But he is still finding a way to get on base and isn't striking out too much. 4 K's in 29 AB's is not to bad.

Zoolander was a horrible movie choice in the ride down there, IMO. Didn't get the team in the right frame of mind.
