I combine a slow release pre-emergent granule with a 25-0-5 fertilizer and spray a post-emergent spray on top of that...an annual routine for me that works great on St. Augustine.

Now combining two different sprays? I can't say for sure....I've never done so.

You raked up all your grass. Bad to do that.

You need st Aug sod. Not weed spray.

yeah, you can spray post and pre at the same time if you want...totally different chemicals...

unless you just mowed that yard, it doesn't look like there are a lot of weeds there, though...

also, you are gonna have to water the shite out of it to get it to grow over those bare spots...and even then, it might be too shady...

Get rid of that cypress tree. Too close to concrete

Yeah I mix atrazine and 2,4d together.

I hit the big clover patches with 2,4d last week and I'll use the mix later this week once it warms up.

Atrazine is a little slow this time of year to kill weeds it has pre and post effectiveness. Don't spray 2,4-D on st Aug unless dormant. Use Southern Trimec for broadleaf weeds.

Nothing I can do with that cypress tree... that tree is 40ft tall
Actually didn't run over the peacock, i put it there before I sprayed
So, I should definitely get sod for those bare spots? I raked up leaves and shite from the cypress tree and it was bare ground under it... The grass is full of clover and that dollar leave shite and has a bunch of other random shite mixed in.
