Would like one with a USB port, rechargeable, and has a headphone output jack too if possible.

JBL Charge works great for me. Really clear with decent bass for something so small. 12 hour battery and can charge your phone.

Idk if it's what you want but a Bluetooth "canz" speaker is pretty damn impressive for the size and price. Gets crazy loud for what it is, but it's obviously limited.

The JBL charge looks promising.

I have JBL charge. My research says it's the best portable for the money.

It can't be any cheaper than the photoshop job in your avi.

It's been about 5 or 6 years, but my photoshopped avi was free.

The Bose SoundLink is a great speaker. I got one when they first came out, and have been impressed with it. The sound quality, battery life, and portability are all very good. You can get a 1st Gen. (what I have) for just a little more than your budget on amazon.

Guy I'm working with has the JBL one. Was pretty impressed with how loud and clear it is. Thinking about getting one for my camp. Would probably work well for the 4wheeler too while riding around.
