Fat Loss vs Penis Size (Random Hypothetical)

A magic genie appears and offers you a deal. He will remove 15 lbs of fat off your body (wherever you like) but you lose an inch off your penis (length or girth). You can do this as much as you like until no penis remains. Or decide not to mess with anything and stay as is. Or...you can go the other way and add 15lbs of fat and gain an inch. What combo, if any would you choose?
As much as you wanna flame, how about you relax and play along for once.
