That's a shitload of charges.
The psilocybin charges were interesting. Google /psylocybe fanaticus/ for some interesting history about home cultivation. Apparently it was the real deal, but the author eventually got busted.

I think the editor of this article was on meth. It is horribly written, riddled with grammatical and punctuation errors.

They got busted because the guy was hanging around the entrance to Legacy subdivision dressed in woman's clothes. A sherif deputy doing a routine drive thorough saw him, thought he looked suspicious so he questioned him. Once questioned the guy admitted to having drugs on him which gave the deputies the right to search the house where they found Jesse Pinkman's lab. Not sure if they were cooking "Chilli P" or not.
