Should be good for him to be able to field kicks in domes/decent weather

Will help with field position as well

How many kicks do you think are going to be returned when the kickoffs are from the 40?

Will also make a good #3 receiver when Julio goes down again.

hoping it's incentive based, really hope we didn't overpay

reserving judgment on how good of a signing it is until I see the $'s

I hope he got what he wanted from the Bears. I will get a good laugh at the Falcon's expense.

An expensive, aging kick returner is not really what the Falcons need.

Why would anyone sign Devin Hester? Kickoffs are bullshite formalities just like extra points these days, so he's pretty much useless.

yet to be seen how expensive, and he's aging but can clearly still do it...took a punt back last year

vaughn mcclure @vxmcclure23
Falcons told Hester they'd figure out some creative ways to use him, so I expect to see him some on offense.

Kick returners have lost a lot of value. Stupid decision

He's proven he can't play receiver so ya'll should've signed Trindon if you were looking for a KR/Jet Sweep man

I am just happy to think that we might possibly have a returner who can get us good field position.

Even if he doesn't take a kick to the house all season long, starting from the 35 instead of the 25 is an improvement over the past few years.
