Open Government Discussion Cancelled at Request of Gov't "leader"

A panel discussion was planned in Shreveport to discuss transparency in government, how to obtain public records, etc.
The head of the Caddo Parish commission uses his influence on the library to get it cancelled.
A couple of quotes from him:
Stuff like this frustrates me more than the national level incidents.
