The Chimes online beer menu?

In order to avoid being one of the "Chatty Cathy's" in the FBD thread I will ask my question here. I plan on some day drinking in BR on Sat. I noticed Chimes East has Racer 5 listed on tap. Is this accurate and how are they getting BR when it's not distributed to LA?

Check beermenus.com it's usually pretty updated with their beer menu. I'm pretty sure Racer 5 has been out of the LA market for a couple of years

They don't, no idea why it is on that but beermenu's is accurate

Thanks that worked. Looks like Chimes LSU will be first stop. Bulldog then Cove/Pelican

No, he is an FBDer. I think he just meant that he wanted to keep the FBD thread just about beer, which is a good thing.

FBD threads aren't what they used to be. Drink a beer, post a pic and a short description. Soon as a thread pops up its one beer and 3 pages of chit chat. Wanna ask a question about a pic posted, fine but the back and forth conversations belong elsewhere. My 2 cents. BTW not a fruit beer drinker podnuh

But I saw 2 women at whole foods today with chevron print shirts. I would have never known these women were out of style without the FBD thread. The more you know.
I'm guilty of being a Cathy. I think Kim's creation has grown into this monster. I think a lot of the chattiness has been the result of so many FBDers hooking up IRL. Knowing more about each other's likes, interest, and location is the blame. Also when someone post from the side of a ski slope it's hard to not talk about the back drop.
Guess this means my maven card has been denied again. TigerWise in 2015.

I am guilty sometimes too Wise. I agree it is a result of so many of us meeting IRL and getting to know each other. Craft beer drinkers are just so much funnier than BMC drinkers.

It needed to be brought up and I'm glad tigerfootball10 did. But IMO it's more than the beer it's about the people too. Perfect example is yesterday's FBD thread that was started by a well respected poster. What can be said about a Coors? How many times can you post a pic of a Hopitoulas at the Box and say something new or informative about it. Or the 1000s of Canebrakes that's have been pictured and posted. No disrespect is meant by this and the mavens have been wonderful in helping me find the right beers to drink while not wasting my money on the wrong. I enjoy the social aspect of drinking beer and will try to stay on topic in the FBD threads.
