Its time to renistate it by going ahead with our plans in Czech Republic and Poland. Now is not the time to play kiss butt with Russia any more.

word is that the missle defense was never really about Russia anyhow. So reinstating that initiative would have no tactical advantages and serve no purpose other than to intentionally irk Putin.
