More than 100 people found in suspected stash house in SE Houston

"Police found the group, who are all presumed to be in the country illegally -- at a squalid "stash house" in southeast Houston. Police say it appears to be human smuggling operation."

I've never considered west of 288 as southeast Houston.

I know, kinda funny for me to take issue with that but I was surprised to hear that this was near my area. Not as surprised it was over there.

One of the reporters said that the smell was so bad that his eyes started burning when he approached the house. and there was only 1 bathroom in the house.
