Anyone do a Facebook friend purge?

I recommend it. it gives you relief and peace. I had 500 friends and I didnt care for half of them. I was sick of the annoying stauses about gyms, spring break, girls' selfies and pictures of food. Also, life is not a contest, I didnt want to see how much fun some guy going to tulane is having and all the selfies he takes with everyone. It also helps that only a few firends can see your life, not 1000 people.

I delete randoms on their birthday.
It's easier than going through my friend list. I need to do a purge soon, but some people take serious offense to being deleted.

I need too. Im sick of seeing the "popular crowd" from my high school living it up while Im just sitting in my room. Theyre going to europe, partying, and getting laid. it just adds to my depression. I feel left out. I might delete facebook.

I quit getting on Facebook a week ago because I felt myself getting on every hour to only realize I didn't give a shite what was being posted.
I can honestly say that I have no interest in FB anymore. The only thing it's good for is showing birthdays and certain events

I've only allowed around 100 or so friends. About 20 of those are on hide status so I don't have to see their constant crap.

I deleted mine about a year and a half ago. Sucked for about 3 days and haven't noticed it since.
