They have some going on just as you get into Kenner. They start picking up crap around 5am.

Usually they have their stuff off the road at 3:30 when I come through. Guess they are trying to average it out.

I just passed that cluster frick heading West and there was road work in Kenner that was holding up traffic. Backed up bumper to bumper clear across the entire spillway.
