Obama's leadership

I will admit I didn't vote for him but have tried to look at him objectively but the guy has terrible leadership skills. Even on Obamacare he allowed Nancy Pelosi run the show. He is made to look like a fool on every foreign policy front, from Chavez, Putin. I think this should be a lesson to democrats in nominating a guy with a very limited resume. I can't say that I am surprised but are any democrats on this board really surprised how poor his leadership skills are as president?

He was never vetted with regards to:
(1) The media asking tough questions. We've all seen that he stammers and stutters without his teleprompter. If the media had set out to trip him up, like the did Sarah Palin, he would've easily been made to look like a fool. Not only did they not do that, they didn't even ask him the questions they should have.
(2) the media didn't check his background, and didn't look at his controversial mentors, associates, friends, etc. Sean Hannity broke the story about Obama's friendship with Jeremiah Wright a year before it finally became common knowledge.
(3) The media didn't research Obama's books, academic records, or past speeches.
This dude would've flamed out in a minute if the media had ever done their due diligence on him. But they didn't, and then Oprah utold all the low information idiots that Obama was destined for greatness, and the rest was history.
But by 2012, everybody should've known he was a fraud.
