Their first 3 albums I still listen to and don't get old at all. Anyone listened to their new album? Is it any good?

Huge fan here and I'm really disappointed in the new album. The first single "flicker fade" is really really good. It sounds a lot like the old TBS. The rest of the album outside of 1 or 2 other sounds is very meh. I still listen to all of their older stuff including the last album which I thought was one of their best. It sounds like they tried to go in a different direction on this album and it just doesn't work for me. I know the lead singer Adam has been doing a lot of solo stuff I'm not sure if that had an influence on this album or not but it doesn't sound like TBS. With that said "flicker fade" is an awesome song and I'm still a huge fan. You can find all of the new songs from the album on youtube.

Yeah. Very disappointed. This might be their weakest album yet. I could listen to 'Tell all of your friends' and 'Where you want to be' all day long

Apparently they had a tour where the setlist was their whole first album.

I regret not making it to that one.

Damn, had no idea they were releasing a new album.

The first 3 were all so good, the 4th one was decent, and I didn't care too much for the 5th one.

The TAYF show was pretty awesome. Yellowcard and The Starting Line both did 10 year anniversary tours for their albums as well. Not sure if YC came to NOLA (not a huge fan), but I would have liked to see TSL's show. Felt like High School all over again!
