Teaches parents to create a "nag toolkit". The tool kit includes advice to create a "provocative" username on OkCupid and use the account to encourage sign ups.
It also encourages and teaches parents how to basically cyber-stalk their grown children using Tinder, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and Vine. The purpose is to nag them into signing up.
This administration's desperate tactics are becoming more and more creepy.
