Anybody heard about this new phone to be released in Q2 this year.

What we know so far is:
It will be a gsm only phone with at least 9 band lte support with a single sim
It will be running a slightly custom version of cyanogenmod and is Google certified. (CM said they will support it for a full 2yrs)
Most likely will have on screen buttons.
It will have dual speakers (we do not know if they will be front facing or not)
It will use a snapdragon 800 chipset (2.3ghz quad-core)
It will be available sometime in the 2nd quarter.
It will come in two versions 16 and 64 gb that will cost somewhere b/w $300 and $500. (pricing is not official yet)
The screen is a5.5” 1080p JDI display with 400+ PPI. Additionally it will feature TOL (Touch On Lens) technology and CABC and DRAM technology that will allow the screen to consume less power than a competing 5" screen @the same brightness. (this massive screen is squeezed into the same size or smaller phone as the Sony Xperia Z1)
It's going to have a 3100 mAh non-removable Li-Po battery (with optimization software currently called 'mystery tech")
Camera is: Exmor IMX214 13-megapixel CMOS sensor f/2.0 wide angle aperture, image Stabilization Plus (IS+), 4K videos or, slow-motion video film at 120 fps with a 720p and a 5mp front facing camera.
They have an 'ace up their sleeves' when it comes to accessories.
There will be service stations strategically placed in certain launch countries.

More features to be released. I think it may be my next phone.

If that is the actual price, I will buy it.

What do we know about the manufacturer?

Is there any speculation that it will have a Flux Capacitor?

Figured I would bump this thread instead of starting a new one...

Updated specs since this thread started:

-Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC. 8974AC clocked at 2.5GHz
-3GB of RAM
-5.5" screen in a 5" body :mindblown:
-Sony Exmor IMX214, 6 lenses, and low light performance
-StyleSwap Covers (Currently we can confirm that we will offer the following textures - Silk, Sandstone, Denim, Bamboo, and Kevlar. To ensure the best look, feel, and level of protection, these covers will actually be made with their own respective materials (not silk or sandstone though). Are you someone that drops your phone often? Why not get a tough, rugged Kevlar back cover for protection and durability? Do you want the feel of something soft and natural? How about an eye-catching, elegant bamboo back cover? Want a nice texture that feels like it will never slip out of your fingers? The known grit and feel that denim offers may be what you’re looking for.)

-April 23 complete unveiling

Definitely thinking about selling the S4 and getting this thing when it comes out.

Gonna wait till next year to get my hands on these badboys in my phone

Qualcomm has just revealed the specifications for its 2015 mobile chips—and if you thought this year's offering sounded good, you are in for a massive treat when you read about these newer slabs of silicon. The two new Snapdragon chips, known as the 810 and 808, are both 64-bit, and billed as high performance hardware designed for flagship Android devices. They aren't joking.

I'm an idiot. I drank the BlackBerry Kool aid and bought the Z10 when it came out. I may have to buy a phone and pay full price.
