Man's apartment is used for XXX Freak Fest through AirBNB: Link NSFW

You just sent a porn sex fest into my apartment, and now I've got over $87,076 in losses. I had to call 911 and have these "XXX Freak Fest" people removed from my apartment, my super is having me evicted by my landlord, and I do not feel safe here anymore since hundreds of people got a text saying there's an XXX sex fest in my apartment and continue showing up, according to the doormen who I'll never be able to look in the face again.
This individual, "David", said he was hosting his "brother and sister in law" for a "wedding" when in fact he was hosting a "XXX Freak Fest" as shown here in this twitter "tweet":

The same cell phone number is seen here to call "TWINN" for the location of a "BBW PANTY RAID PARTY" in a post by "The Black Dr. Ruth". at least they reimbursed him for damages, etc. thats shitty though for that to happen. for those who don't get it:
Guy rents his apartment out through a service "airbnb" which lets your rent your apartment out like a hotel of sorts when you're not using it. Well the person renting it said he was "hosting his brother and sister for a wedding" or some shite like that.. well it turned out he was hosting a sex party where they took all of this guys belongings and threw them outside cause there wasn't enough room. now this guy wrote a letter to airbnb complaining about it, and got put up in a hotel and 23,000 dollars to cover the damages.

The link is saying that he claims $87k in damages/losses. Not sure what I would do if this happened to me but I would never put myself in that spot either. I would be interested to see what kind of protection agreements that Airbnb has you agree to before letting you rent out and rent a place through their services.
