Diablo3 set items, need some help

I have a level 60 wizard, with level 58 paragon. Problem is, I have yet to encounter a single set piece. I've found plenty of Legendary drops, but not a single damn set piece. Any tips on where to go, or anything like that, that may help find a few?

it's all random. farm core of arreat over and over.. you'll find some set pieces. most of the time, legendaries are better than set pieces anyways. unless you want 4 piece tal rasha

Any suggested difficulty level to up the chances?

This will be the whole problem with RoS, drops will still suck and gear sets.
The AH was bad, but at less you could gear your toon. I don't mind at leas buying gold from a third party and spending on the AH.

the biggest issue is that it seems as bad now, but its only appearance. had it been this way all along, it would be easier to stomach - but the AH effed things up so bad, it hasn't regulated itself yet.
once ROS is up and going, it will all smooth out better and won't be like it is now.

Just play through the storyline. I've found legendaries and set items via chests/piles of debris more-so than from elite packs.
You're rewarded with higher drop rates by playing in a full game, rather than by yourself. I play with 2 friends in Torment III, and I'm satisfied with the drops.
