Donating a boat to a charity in Louisiana

I did a google search with no luck. To me, everything looks like a racket on line.
What I have is a 30' Wellcraft flybridge that has twin inboard engines . I had moved it from Venice about 5 years ago after the oil spill. It has been sitting up and it needs work. Both engines have around 100 hours along with the Vdrives. Both are FWC engines. At the time, I was going to rewire the boat and do some other work. Once I got sick, the boat was out the question.
So, that is why I am looking to donate it to a charity here in Louisiana that is legit. Any ideas or leads to a charity that takes big boats that keeps the moneys here in Louisiana? The value of it is around 10K or even more if someone did a little work on it. This is a old picture of it in the water in Venice, but now it sits on blocks in my yard and it needs to go.

Will do. Boat is over 10K in weight. I don't have a trailer for it, but moved it with my truck a few times with no problems.

I accept fully functioning boats from elderly or recently injured people who haven't run them much and won't get back to them because of their declining health. In return, I give the boats plenty of love and run them as often as possible. It's kind of like a public service.

There is a company in North BR that takes boats. Can't remember the name, but they get troubled kids and teach them to do the work
