We went through some plans at his office and found 2 we liked. We then made adjustments to one, so that made it "custom" so the .50 applied. He has some predone for less.

We used Madden in 2008 when we built in Watson. We chose a stock plan and made some modifications. No issues at all. The house went togethr no problem.
We built again last year and called him wanting to have him do the plans. He wouldnt call back and told my wife he didnt want to draw a 2 story.Actually sent us an email that he HATED drawing the type of house we were looking to build...in all caps.I damn sure didnt want to have somebody drawing my house that didnt want to.

I know. Our plans ended up costing us about 2800 from the residential design gallery in Hattiesburg . They were super nice and very accommodating. I guess madden didn't want a from scratch type project. That's what we ended doing .

Our house is 4603 under roof... 2964LA
It's a farmhouse style 2 story with an attached mother in law apartment. It has a tall gable roof.
