I think the guy is just an idiot and thinks we had to restructure Brees to get the Byrd money. We're getting that from Sproles or Thomas + cap room we had.

I will admit that the writing style is not concise, but it is obvious that there is nothing here to indicate Brees has done shite to make room in the cap.
