This has been the weakest season of the show but it really picked up tonight and next week's sneak peak was epic.

i've enjoyed this season, seemingly more than some other folks, but i admit i'm getting a little burnt out on the ava storyline. that said, i'll never count out the writers in having a big payoff in store...

also, after they drew down on Avon and Rosco, i guess Boyd and Darryl and Wyn and the others went free? I mean, i figured they could of arrested them for something.

Justified is good TV and I enjoy it a lot but it's not like the complexity of True Detective that attracts a lot of discussion/conjecture. My current issues with the show:
1. The ongoing thing with Winona in Miami with the baby and Raylan attracted to every slut he comes across is getting old. Hate to say it but they probably should have killed of Winona in dramatic fashion.
2. The prison scene with Ava is not interesting and beyond stale.
3. The show is missing an interesting antagonist. I love Boyd's role but he's really more of a bad-guy protagonist not unlike Raylan. I was glad to see Johnny get his comeuppance but he's a poor substitute for a real villain.
4. The rift between Raylan and Art is creating an overall negative cloud over the show for me.
5. The show is definitely in need of more hot women.

it's not. I have actually enjoyed this season more than the last. The Drew Thompson storyline wasnt my favorite.
Hannibal also doesn't get any posts here, but its a tremendous show

agreed. I miss their banter back and forth. Since they are pissed at each other, we don't see Art anymore.

They did arrest Darryl, didn't they? Because later on, didn't he say something to his sister about making bail? Or is my timeline confused?
I hope they use Miller again...
