Need for Speed: Rivals or Thief?

Looking at getting a new ps4 game today and was wondering what the GB thought Rivals or Thief?

I would just wait for Infamous: Second Son on the 21st.
But if I had to pick I would go with the Need for Speed Rivals.

Wait for MGS or Infamous SS. Hell try Rayman if you haven't, it's a really good game.
But out of those two get Need for Speed, very pretty racer I just got burned out on it like the last couple in the series.

Havent played a NFS game since Underground 2.
As for everyone saying wait, I have nothing really to play. Beat Ghosts and Killzone and the online play just bores me. and NBA I can only play 1-2 games a day

Do you like platformers? Also Strider is out and fun, that could hold you over till Tuesday when MGS drops. I'm so ready for MGS to hit, one of my favorite IP's.
And Need for Speed is fun, if you can get it for 30/40 I would do it. I've seen it going for that. I'm just not big on racing games outside the sims.
Also you play Call of Dudy? I thought I was the only person on here having fun with it. It's my first one since the original Black Ops.

As someone who has NFS: Rivals, I would say get Theif. Rivals is not a fun game after the initial luster wears off. For me, it was about an hour of gameplay. After that hour, I was just done with the game. There are only 3 game types to do, and 3 types of "take out manuevers" to perform. It's just not a very in depth game. Online in the "open world racing" It's an "open world" racing environment with 8 players and a bunch of random vehicles.

I don't know about Thief, but a friend picked up Rivals, and while pretty, he tired of it VERY quickly.
He may have traded it back in within two weeks.

you guys commented to late, I got NFS Rivals, but can trade it back in and get Thief for 20 bucks. Prolly gonna do that after this weekend.

NFS:Rivals is a disappointment imo, with that said I don't believe that Thief is worth buying either.
I'd save my money if I were you, neither of these two are worth full price with the big games about to be releasing so soon.
