you can tell they started cleaning the west side of the lower bowl where they took up the bleachers. Will look great when the do the north and east side and put in the new/refurbished bleachers.

To keep the sound in better? It'll be louder anyways, now that the visitors will be moved of the lower bowl and those seats given to Tiger fans.
