Cannon Safe Problems

I have a Cannon American Eagle 32 gun safe with combo dial, had over 10 years with no problems. Well the 10 years have ended as I've been trying for the last week to get this thing open. Yes I know the correct combination BTW 
Anyone else had a similar problems?

Sticky combination?
Usually happens with newer safes, but write your combo down then add and subtract one number of each digit and make all possible new combinations, then try all of them and one should work, takes a while but is a common problem

Call Cannon. I had a similar problem and they helped.

It's those crappy dials that Cannon uses. Replace with an S&G, and you'll be GTG.
