Does anyone know if this exists? I'm trying to find one to rent for a weekend in the summer for a bachelor party. Ideally, we'll set up shop outside the Prop Stop for a couple days and party with all the OT operators and oilfield trash on their 38 foot Baja cigarette boats. I've scoured the internet and called a few marinas in the area but no one seems to know of any rentals.

OT - please help.

Yours Truly,
Chris Farley

Unless something has changed in the last year, there are no rentals on the Diversion.

Not sure about houseboats but we rented a nice condo on the diversion a few years ago. I think it was through gator rentals

Sounds like a business opportunity to me. What could go wrong?

Blind river bar was renting cabins last year, but they changed management and the crowd is not as much of a party place that it was. Still an option if you have a boat...

Blind River and the Diversion Canal aren't the Tickfaw fwiw.

Apparently Thunder Bayou on the diversion used to have one but it sank or was destroyed in Katrina

The search continues, I know I've seen a few parked at Tin Lizzie's but don't recall a 'for rent' sign.

No help for Tickfaw but we have rented on Lake Lanier in Georgia and Lake Ouachita in Arkansas. Awesome trip. Highy recommend.

Lots of places on Lake Powell that rent house boats.

No house boat, but I know about a van down by the river.

I can try to google it. It's called a The Sunshine House or something like that. It was parked on the river right outside Marina Del Ray.
