Market fior safeties must be tight. $8.5m guarantee for a guy that can't tackle, and is mediocre in coverage. One thing I'll give him is that he won't give up on a play, though. So long and good luck with that Philly.

I say mediocre, because Harper was flat out atrocious in coverage. Saints are way better off without the two of them.Only concern now is with that kind of money going to Jenkins, will another team outbid Saints for Bush???
