Past weekend's boat show $5000 bass pro drawing...

Did anyone else who attended the boat show this past weekend participate in the $5000 gift card drawing and get a call about being a semi finalist? A place called Southern Journeys called me this morning saying I was a semi finalist in the $5000 brass pro giveaway from the boat show. She said I won an Android tablet and 300 MegaMillions tickets. The lady read off every item that I filled out on the drawing entry and was calling from a 504 number.
This just seems odd. Did anyone else get a call like this?

Got the same call and dug into it a little bit. She told me I needed two forms of ID, Drivers license and either a check, credit card or debit card. Asked her if a passport will work for my second form of ID and she said no, only one of the three above. I laughed and asked her why the second form of ID needed to be a method of payment. She stuttered and attempted to offer me appointment times for this weekend.
But, I'll take a few of those calls for 5,000 basspro dollars.

Appreciate the info. If you were to guess based on your convo, if I show up to this appointment and do not purchase any of their timeshares, will I be leaving with a new tablet?

After you waste 8 hours of your time, go through the hard sell from 6 different people, bitch and raise hell about wanting to leave, I think you'll probably leave with one. If you're lucky.

Then they tell you when you get there to draw a number and that will correspond to the prize you won. Will end up being a lottery ticket or a $10 gas card.
