Need Some Help With A Gif

I wouldn't know how to start doing gifs, and I
had a friend of mine on Cockytalk ask me to put
Jack Leggett's face on Lt. Dan and change the
wording to "Coach Leggett...Ice Cream" !

I told them I didn't know how to do gifs, but
I know several guys who do, and told him I'd see
if one of you guys could make this happen.
