I Break Horses - Chiaroscuro
Saw them open for Sigur Ros recently, and then checked out their album. Good shite, IMO.
Anyone ever heard them? I think they're from Sweden or some shite...

I don't really understand what shoegaze is exactly, but I always associate like My Bloody Valentine and Cocteau Twins with it. So I guess I recommend them. I really like this song too:

you really can't even call that a cover
it's just Trey sort of noodling on the guitar something that kind of resembles the riff in Only Shallow and some chick mumbling words into a microphone (of course that's actually pretty accurate to the original)
