If I clear my cache on cell phone, do I lose game saved data?

I just checked and my cache is half (8gb) of memory. Hate to lose progress in games (Android so do not have the option iPhone does for that). Will I lose passwords stored on other non game accounts? If so, I will request reset on those if I can't remember.

I had to start CoC over because I did this before linking it to Google. If the game is linked you shouldn't lose the data
