Yeah...don't get to excited, for a conference so I have to be good. Staying at Mirage, have a chance for a couple good dinners on vendor dime. Ideas?

I really liked Fleur. Its Hubert Keller's spot. And it is pretty much a world cuisine spot. If you go with say 6 people, its worth it to get the One of Everything. They will just assault your table with food for 2-3 hours.

Bouchon and Otto also worth a visit.
