USDA Rural Development Loan Question

Anybody have any experience with this loan? I bought my house using this loan and am looking to sell it and I was wondering if there were any restrictions with this loan that would stop me from doing that

I heard I may be subject to something known as a subsidy recapture?

No issue with it. If you got a subsidy or forgivable down payment type deal, those sometimes are based on living in the home for a certain number of years. Otherwise you should be fine...
