I might be getting a new car soon and my budget will be around ~25k. What are some good cars I should be thinking about? I'm down for just about anything besides a truck.

Hard to go wrong with a solid Toyota with the 0% financing they have going right now.

I'm such a curmudgeon about spending money on cars that 20k on a car make me nauseous.

But I imagine this is a pretty good deal. The bro in law just took advantage of this for his wife.

I just bought a brand new Toyota Camry for the wife. Out the door it was 22k with an extended 100k bumper to bumper warranty. I got 0% financing for 5 years. Trust me... I hate spending money but I figured it was a decent deal for a new car. 25-35 mpg, 28avg.

Seriously considering one of these. Good gas mileage and still somewhat sporty looking

I thought about the Camrys as well but the new ones just don't do it for me.

I want the quietest car in a reasonable price range and I want to know what the quietest tires are, too.

In fact, I want to take a nap just thinking about it!

I'm personally stunned at how much Ford and GM have improved their cars. Ford has always made great trucks of course, but the Fusion is really nice. And I can't believe how far Buick has come.

Just bought the gf a 2013 Ford Fusion with the Platinum package for $25k a couple of weeks ago. I recommend fully. That thing is loaded and has plenty of power and gets 24 and 28 mpg on the first two tanks. The first one we sat innit and played with gadgets with engine running so it kinda doesn't count.

Ford fusion should be eliminated. My sis bought one new three years ago and it's already breaking. At 37000 she had to spend 2k fixing the tranny and ow even more due to engine problems. Ford= found on road dead

Are the Ford Fusion's pretty spacious? I read in consumer reports that for a car thats considered a large sedan it isn't as spacious as one would want.

Ofcourse you probably have never sat in the backseat and I probably never will either so who cares about it being cramped in the back.. AMIRITE!?

I bought a nissan altima about a year ago for right around $25k and I am quite happy.

I think you won't be upset with the altima, hyandai or fusion, really even the camry or the accord too. That price point is so competitive, pretty much everything will be good.

we chose the nissan b.c it was the most comfortable of them all. Its got a very smooth ride and those seats are awesome. I recently drove across the country and back, and boy did it do well.
