CrossFit Sued By Transgender Athlete...Won't let them compete with women

There is such and easy fix to all this shite.
Instead of male/female or men/ women bathrooms or leagues or schools or whatever.
Just call it penis or vagina. Ends all the problems. If you have a penis you go in this room/league/school.

If that doesn't work because of surgery then just out have/had uterus on the door. Either you have/had women parts in you or you havent. And if they figure out how to transplant a womb into a male well have to deal with that then.

Crossfit has a great response and you can't argue the advantages the male body has over the female in this aspect (no matter which gender the person identifies with)

I've generally supported the rights of gays but this transgender shite is out of control. It's clear these people have some sort of psychological defect and want to bend all sorts of traditional rules to their benefit. shite like the "transgender" child who wanted to use the girls bathroom in elementary school..just ridiculous.

They aren't banning her from competition.....just assigning her to the genetic category where she belongs in a competition where a lot of upper body strength is an advantage.
Cross Fit is right and their response is solid. They are not being bigots. They are being practical and fair to the competitors. I'm sure many California judges will disagree.
