You be the GM

Let me start by saying I think this going to be one of the more exciting off seasons we have had in quite sometime. Jimmy G tagged, who knows how that is going to play out. Out with the old in with the new (JV, WS, RH, MJ, JGreer) maybe LM, PT, DS, ZS. There is a pattern starting to develope something that many of us have been yapping about the past few years. What we are seeing here is a youth movement forced onto the team due to aging players with high cap numbers. It was going to happen sooner or later, and I say no better time than now with one of the deepest draft classes in history.
I don't believe that we will be players in the free agent market, but I do think will address the most immediate needs there. All will be similar signings like Lewis last year. Young up coming players that are affordable. There are 4 positions that they may target.
CB - This is where I would put my money first.
C - DLP gotta go, rather have a vet over a
rookie here.
RT - Zack on the cheap or someone sevicable.
WR - Would not suprise me due to the learning
curve for rookies at this position.
Now onto the draft, as stated earlier talented and deep. I see 75-80% of the picks going to the offence side of the ball. Reason being Drew not getting any younger and he needs playmakers other than JG if he stays here. Maybe we get a couple of firsts for him if not we trade down for additional picks. Yes we had a top 5 O, but the players are old and slow. We will draft play makers and couple of o-line. I think it will go something like this, BPA by need.
1a - WR
1b - TE, depends on JG
2 - O-line
3 - RB
4 - S
5 - CB
6 - LB
You be the GM, what are your thoughts for FA and the draft? How would you build the team for the up coming season to get back to the super bowl. Keep in mind the cap and be realistic when it comes to FA.
OR
TL;DR ( I am bored, on other side of the world while you all sleeping )

Re-sign Strief hopefully....sign a CB in free agency (I like Munnerlyn)...I'm expecting Graham to remain a Saint.
...Brandin Cooks or Odell Beckham in the first round.
...Jimmie Ward in the 2nd, or Dion Bailey/Kenny Ladler in later rounds...not sure what type of safety we're looking for.
...Martin, Richburg, Swanson, or Stork at center in whatever round (2-5).
...if the value is right, use other three picks on ILB, OLB, and another Safety...maybe even a RB, depending on the Sproles/Thomas situation.
