Do you think it would be better if we trade down?

I honestly think this is a draft where you stockpile picks if Pryor, Beckham, Cooks aren't there.

You can grab guys Landry, Matthews, Moncrief later and then pick up guys like Jean-Baptiste, Deone Buccannon, Dri Archer. Maybe package something with Houston like 27 for 33 and 97

33-Matthews(Vandy), WR
58-Jean-Babtiste(NEB), CB
91-Buccanon(WSU), S
97-Archer(Kent ST), RB/WR
122-Billy Turner(NDSU), OT
155-Gabe Ikard(Oklahoma), C
187-Chris Boswell(Rice), K

i think that would be a great haul, and then adding whatever you get if you find takers for Moore, Sproles, and PT

Sure, if there isn't someone that falls that we're inlove with. I don't remember the last time we've traded down though.

Moving down in this draft is something I think a lot of teams are looking to do in the first few rounds. Deep it is.

It depends who is available at #27.

Out of the first round? Two of our last 3 first round picks are fricking studs and I wouldn't want to give up the 5th year option unless it was a great offer. It is a great draft, though, and I would consider dealing next year's first to move up to the top of the 2nd round if we like someone that dropped, though.

My thoughts exactly. That's very important.

yea there is multiple ways you can go about things this year. I think this is a draft where you just acquire as much talent as you can. I see this turning out similar to the quality we got in 06

I'd be down depending on who we got.

If one of the big 4 QBs are available at 27 I can see a team like Houston or Oakland calling for a trade.
