Does anyone fry fish in the same pot as they cook a jambalaya

Love to fry in BI pot but how to you get the fish smell/taste when cleaning after? TIA

Dump oil and cook down some onions and bacon. Throw that mix out and start on the jambalaya

I boiled a deer head in my BI pot for a European Mount. Took like 10lbs of bacon to get the smell out ....

I use wok oil and olive oil, let that sit for a bit, then fry up some bacon.
