Devin Hester likely to hit FA; Shall We?

We could use his return skills, and even at his age I'm sure he could be a semi-competent receiver (see Meachem last season) in our offense. Seems like he wouldn't be too pricey either.
I know it seems like we'd be best off looking for a return option in the draft, but the team does like to address needs in FA first..

He didn't even have a catch last year so he probably wouldn't even be semi-competent. Meachem at least brought blocking.

Expect him to go to Tampa. Says he wants to play there and for Lovie. Most likely will take a pay cut to play with them, and Tampa needs both a 3rd WR and return man.
