I'm looking for a 15 gallon cast iron jambalaya pot. I was volunteered to cook a jambalaya for a wedding this Saturday. I looked at a couple places today, but would like y'all suggestion on the best place to pick one up. Would prefer an American made.

I saw some in Lamendolas in Gonzales recently not sure if it was that large. Maybe Goodwood Hardware, Shenandoah Hardware. Can't tell you if American made or not but I would doubt it.

I have an old 15 gallon sugar kettle that a friend picked up at a garage sale in Opelousas years ago for $25 and gave me for a birthday present. Yep. $25. It's the best thing I've ever gotten probably.

Lamendola's has a good selection. Decent prices.

Kick Blair in the balls in the way out the door, it'll make me feel better.

Ed's Shenandoah Hardware on Jones Creek used to have a pretty good selection @ better prices than most but I have not been there in a few years so I don't know if that still holds true. They're not going to be American made.

Krazy Kajun has pretty decent prices w/ custom stands and accessories. I've bought a number of things, through the years, from there. Again, the pots won't be American made.

The other suggestions will work as well (I can't remember if Lamendolas carries pots that big) but anything larger than a dutch oven will probably not be American made.

Lamendolas or possibly hutch's (ACE) on 621 in Pville. I've not shopped for pots there, but I have bought burners and accessories and they may have a 15 gallon.
