Switching from my old iphone to an N5 at the moment. I am having some issues migrating several school calendars that my classmates put together. They're really convenient because I was getting push notifications when someone would update them. Icloud makes it extremely inconvenient to export these to my google calendar. Does anyone know any workarounds to get these shared calendars (not owned by me) to feed into google calendar?

I think if you add the google calendar to your iCal it will sync both ways, meaning you will see your iCal events on your google calendar.

Its fun but it only runs at 792p and 30fps,

You probably wouldn't like it.

After some wrangling I was able to pull my icloud calendars AND my google calendar over to ical. Then, I selected and exported each calendar individually as an ics file. Then I imported each folder to my google cal where they are represented, but all of the details for each even do not show up in google calendar. These events previously contained locations and content of classes that were outlined by the creator. Ideas on how to get these back?

Did you try my method. not sure why everything isn't coming over.

Maybe everything isn't in the ICS file.
