I listened to the preview on iTunes and I'm not crazy about it.

LINK

Maybe it will grow on me or I need to hear the whole song or something...I love most of Randy's stuff but this song just doesn't sound like him to me. Hope it's not indicative of what the entire album will sound like.

Sounds more "radio friendly" but better than some of the last album. With that being said did he play this live at the varsity. I was unable to stay for the whole show.

I will say I can't stand the album version of fuzzy or or trouble knows my name however I really enjoy them live or acoustic.

Wish he would put out a live acoustic album

I didn't think the entire last album sounded like regular RRB.

I bought the single on iTunes and listened to the whole thing and am not impressed. I'm biased with my opinions tho because for me nothing tops roller coaster and like it used to be.

It's hard to beat Rollercoaster. Kind of like Pat Green's Carry On or Three Days. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Two of the albums that hooked me on Texas Country. He's gotten a little further away from that sound with each of his following albums IMO. I didn't even bother getting his latest.

The latest had a couple of really good songs on it (Flash Flood, Speak of the Devil) but I just bought the individual songs, I didn't bother getting the whole album.

I love Randy and we are friends, and I will continue to support him no matter what, but I really miss old school Randy. However, he did fire his previous label so maybe this new song is not as indicative of the entire album as I am thinking. I want to hear the rest of it.
